I've had 2 flats in the past 2 months, my blinkers don't work and its a rusted out pile of *bleep*...wish I could jsut fly everywhere with my own little super powers hahaha

My Family and I had the same problem.  We have not fixed it yet but it happened with three different cars, My husband says its the altenator we just don't have the money to buy one.  Oreilly's will check your altenator for free if you bring it in and they can tell you weather or not its your altenator.  When the altenator goes out you are running of your battery without the altenator recharging your battery it will go dead.  We started carring extra altenators in my sons van so he can still make it to work. I hope this helps

My Honda has 175K miles on it and it's on life support begging to die  ::) I don't want to keep dumping money into it but OTOH I don't want a car payment and increased insurance rates  :angry7:

LOL @ "on life support begging to die"
My  '01 T&C is doing the same thing...about 230k miles now.  As long as it starts and moves..we are going.  Plan to run the wheels, muffler, doors right off of it.  I think it has more JB weld on the muffler than metal.  Just had new brake pads put on it and now the brakes make more noise than they did before the work.  Go figure.  Bearings cost enough for 2 car payments on a new car...so not sure I am saving much money by keeping it going,,,I guess time will tell.

My ford escort has the engine light on and the brakes are making a squeaking sound.  Looks like it's time to take the car in.  Cars are so much trouble sometimes to take care of.
