Reaching Cashout

I have never had this much trouble reaching cashout. I usually cash out every month. I did not reach cashout in June, and it looks like I may not even get there in july. I am almost to 25 but still have about 4 dollars to go until I reach the 15 for offers. I have never had this much trouble, I need to get on the ball. I gope Fusion gets some new free offers soon!
