I never recieved the check in the mail, so I sent in a support ticket and still havn't got a reply THAT'S 4 MONTHS NOW! I felt like doing Fusion Cash again one day and did direct deposit with all the correct info and it says "could not find the account" then I open a ticket and NO RESPONSE FOR 1 MONTH SO FAR. I want the money I earned!

does your bank allow direct deposits from fusion cash? it could be something on that end. I used direct deposit and it went through last month.
