Education in america

What do you think of our education in america? Compared to other countries? I believe we do have good education good teachers good schools but i also feel we have bad education bad teachers bad school what about you guys? Also how do you think we can improve education?

It has been getting continually worse since the government became involved and the teachers unionized.  Our kids are being sold out for politician's reelections and union jobs.

I moved to the US when I was 11 and thought school would be so much harder. I was almost a straight F student in Indonesia, but as soon as I moved to the US, I turned to a straight A's student. What does this tell you?

I think other countries are way ahead of us  in education.  Our kids are not learning enough to take them on to real life.
