I didn't read Fusion-Cash's directions too well
« on: August 07, 2011, 07:32:17 am »
Two months ago I noiced that I wasn't getting credited for anything and my balance was actually diminishing.  The first support request ticket wasn't helpful and I continued to see my cash disappear...like ten dollars worth.  Used to getting cheated by other PTC's I submitted a second support reqest ticket and, after a few days of research, was told that you need to cash out everything within one hundred and eighty days.  So I cashed out.  Fusion Cash is still my favorite!

Thanks for pointing out that a little reading goes a long way toward solving problems.

Why did you wait 180 days to cash out?  I always cash out the month that I make cash out.  I have been with FC going on two years and am close to my eighth cash out.  It is a great site.

i've seen a lot of confusion with that around the
forums! i think i read about the 180 day thing
when i first started, or figured it out along the
way, so i've never let it get over $40 before
cashing out  that's about two or
three month's worth, depending on my activity.

LOL...That happened to me as well, but everything is all good now. I make sure I cashout as soon as I get $25.

Good point, I hear too many people spouting filthy talk like a drunken sailor over the same problem.

As with most things in life ... read and follow the instructions ... even the fine print.
It's the oversights that always get in the way.
Of course, some of the instructions are vague and that's just from learning and experience.
The forums seem to be great though for pointing out stuff you may have missed.

Yes, reading directions is very important....it does take a while to get the $25 minimum, but I wouldn't wait too long after to cash out, since you never know what could happen-plus it takes a while until you actually receive the money

Not exactly, you only lose the offers that were completed more than 180 days ago, then if you still don't cashout before more offers become older than 180 days you lose them too. They drop off in the same order you completed them as they pass the 180 day mark.

Yup, it is handy that they implemented the red text that counts down. I wish it did further in advance than a month, but its better than when they had nothing at all.

I lost a payment pic bonus once by waiting too long to cashout, and a couple of .02 emails. But I usually watch the date pretty close. The good thing is that they put a warning near the offers when they are getting close to the expiration date.
