So I was heard that u need to make at least $15 of your own offers added to the minimum $25 cashout, but does the $15 own offers applies for 1st time cashouts or is it every time when you want to cashout?

For example: If I cash out this time with the basic requirements, and then for the 2nd cashout if I didn't do any offers and I get $25 worth of referral credit, can I cashout?

Every time you cash out you need $15 worth of offers, $25 minimum total. So if you have $25 in referrals you will still need $15 more in offers before you can cash out. If you go to the accounts page on the lower left side it shows you the money amounts and will tell you when you can cash out.

"Offers" include daily surveys, the daily $.15 click, the daily paid e-mail and any video ad you watch in the Special Task section. 

I get my $15 in offers money from these sources and cash out every 3-4 months. 

You get bonus moneys from the monthly posting bonus, any contest and promo bonus and all referral bonuses.

You must have at  least 15.00 in offers to receive the minimum 25.00 payout  every single time. You can have 20.00 in bonuses but if you don't have at least 15.00 in offers you won't be allowed to cashout

The surveys are good as well if you can get approved for one and recieve credit for it.  You can do surveys every 24 hours and there is a few on here.  There are so many ways to earn money and don't forget your daily emails, paid to click, the forums. and if you can get referals.

I don't know about the survey crediting thing, I did the give us your 2 cents survey 3 times and hit the congrats page and it only credit me once, what's up with that?
