The Dollar Tree/Store!!  I love going to that store....cheap stuff!  Dirt cheap...even cheaper than dirt cheap!  $1 for EVERYTHING in the store........I get my one gallon water bottles there.....for parties or events...etc....http://www.dollartree.com/New-Year-Party-Supplies/New-Year-Party-Supplies/Crystal-Geyser-Natural-Alpine-Spring-Water-1-Gallon-Jugs/395c395c395p169645/index.pro?method=search....It's not somewhere to spend daily..but just every now and then.  The food is not really good..depending upon what you are getting.  Anyone else like shopping at the Dollar Tree/Store?  If so, why?

OMG I adore Dollar Tree/Dollar General/Family Dollar. It's such a no-brainer to shop there for me, especially with pets. We go through a ton of kitty litter, and their Fresh Step is almost half the cost of what it is in the grocery store. There's a super nice Dollar General right next to the grocery store I go to, and I always hit there first before I go into the grocery.

I don't like this dollar stores you go to the dollar tree and everything worth one dollar but once you get in you don't go with less than $20 bill and after this you find some of what you bought you don't really need

When I want something cheap I love to go to Walmart its cheap but with good quality.

I luv luv luv the dollar store especially since im very cheap but i would like to save my money for some jeffrey campbell shoes thats what im saving for now $159.00 not including tax

I absolutely agree, those dollar stores are the best first stop for any shopping trip.  I know this very well and, being a man, I'm not even a qualified housewife shopper.

I too love the dollar store, I cant wait to get my first FC so I can go there and splurge lol

I love it for some food items, and some cheap toys for our little one.
BUT,I normally get a bunch of junk food

I haven't gotten my first check yet, but I am hoping to put it into a savings account.  We will see if it works out that way.  Someone in my family is always needing something.

My Dollar Tree has a freezer/fridge like Target/Wal-Mart/Local grocery Stores have.....the food is awful in there....I like getting the 1 gallon jugs of water when I need it (emergency like power outage or something).....I buy some of my food there because it's the same exact thing....not all of it..just like spegatti noodles and soup.  That store has a world of possibilities I will admit.

  I certainly agree; your money will grow slowly but surely. We need to do more saving for rainy days.
