You just got here, take a deep breathe...

In order to make $$$, You Must Learn How This Site Works  :peace:

When you complete an offer, especially surveys, keep the browser window open on your screen for 5-10 minutes or so...
I've learned it helps in the credit process!   ;)

As a new member you may be interested in checking out the following...
Under the "Support Topic" in this forum, go to "Updated:  FLOREZITTA'S BEGINNERS GUIDE to FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS"  ;D

Under the "Offer Topic" in this forum, go to "Offer Crediting Tips" from FC Member "Cuppycake"  8)

Do not do too many offers back to back.....You need to give the Advertisers some time between offers to credit them  :peace:

If you completed an offer on another site & you try to do it on FC as well, you will probably not receive credit for it here (again)   :BangHead:

Just remember, if you do not receive credit neither does FusionCash   :P

Hope this helps, Good Luck & Welcome

This is good advice to keep the window open and complete some other task like homework and the offer credits after a paragraph of my excellent writing.  However, I am still having trouble with some sites that tries to get you to join other sites that you're already a member of and when I decline I don't get credit.  Very frustrating.

What offers have you completed?  It would help if you were more specific.  Post the name of the offer in subject.  Write about your experience with the offer and possibly other FC members can advise you about that particular offer.  Do that with each offer.  I have had some offers not credit but most of them have.  I would suggest that you try using a different browser.  I have a mac book and when I have used safari, a few offers did not credit.  I would later try the same offer using firefox.  Sometimes it credited and sometimes not.    :dontknow:

I found that Firefox is the best on mac and PC and the worst browser is the Google Chrome browser.  I guess it is because it is the newest of the browsers.  Internet explorer is the next best but I have trouble sometimes with the offers loading when I use ie.  Another helpful tip some gave me about getting credit is using all caps when filling in forms.  Strange I know but it works (I suspect because most companies print shipping labels in all caps).

Sudeshkum, I do not take surveys because I never qualify.  Maybe you could begin a new discussion under support.  As subject, give survey name.  Write about your experience and see what other members say.  Maybe you should use another browser.   :dontknow:

I do not know what to advise you about ResDermatrol.  Where did you find this offer?  I think that you should pen a support ticket.  And also post a discussion under support asking other members if they had experiences with ResDermatrol.  Be certain to post the name of the offer, ResDermatrol, in the subject line. :dontknow:

I would search the internet for ResDermatrol.

Try taking other free offers.  Sign up with the free survey sites.  They are easy to sign up for and usually credit without any problems.  And do the daily paid to click and daily email.

Fusion Cash is a good site.  I have been with them close to two years and have cashed out eight times.

I noticed that you have completed 1600+ offers and I was wondering is the offers you completed change monthly, yearly, or annually.  I appreciate the fact that you are here helping us newbies.

New offers come and go on an irregular basis.  You need to keep watching for new offers.  Some of the good ones come and go fast.

Hi
I have posted the following msg on Support column. but very few people have responded on it. I had also opened a ticket for FC but they have not responded yet.
Really don't understand what to do. many times i called on the following customer care number but they are not responding properly.
i am not able to access their website as well.   :'(    i dont care about the product ,just worried about my credit card information. so many times i did online shopping but never face such problem in my life.   :'(

(
I am in a big dilemma ,last week i registered with one offer website Resdermatol -Anti aging cream (when i clicked on this offer ) entered my credit card information and placed two orders. following website opened (www.belisi.com). Since then i did not get any confirmation email from their side. Money has been deducted from my account. I am not able to access their website. anyhow i have got a landline number 1-800-434-1962.. when i use to call on this ,they do not give me any relevant information. Just say their server is down for two weeks.

Hi sudeshkum
If you are having issues with a completed offer, you should only be contacting FC Support for information/assistance

It is against FC Policy {Terms of Service} to contact the Advertiser directly - You Could Get BANNED  :angry7:   Or  Account Suspension  :sad1:

Here are 2 Excerpts in FC's Terms of Service:
Disqualification
A user's account may be disqualified and his or her earnings forfeit in, but not limited to, the following cases:
He/she is determined by FusionCash, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the stability of this site or this site's relationship
with its advertisers.

Offer Completion
FusionCash is solely responsible for offer crediting. Please do not contact offer providers (advertisers) regarding offer credit.

Please take some time to review the TOS and FAQ/Help Links below for necessary information & acceptable practices on FC  :peace:

Contact your credit card company and inform them that you did not get product.  Monitor credit card for any suspicious activity.   Begin a new discussion under offers.  Put ResDermatrol on subject line.  Ask if other members took offer and see what their experiences were.  And open another FC support ticket with the name of this anti-aging cream.

And then move on to other offers.  Best that I can offer you.

Same thing happened to me! I wasn't credited for the MySurvey (2.50), and I can' t redo it, but yeah, keeping the browser open sounds like a reasonable idea
