Two jokes I read a long time ago in a Rosie O'Donnell Kids Say The Darndest Things type book:

Q: How do you make a tissue dance?
A: You put a little boogie in it.

Q: If you're American outside of the bathroom, what are you inside of the bathroom?
A: European.
