i agree the oven or grill or the best and so is the crock pot for healthy food but i mostly use the oven except when am on the go.then i go with the crock pot.

I like to bake in the winter because it helps me to use my space heater less. In the summer I like to barbecue. I have cut down on frying because too much fried food isn't healthy.

Microwave most often - I went to college and still cook the college way, since I'm still a student.  I do saute sometimes though.
