Just pray alot, right now it want be easy, just take one day at a time and cry all you want because you did lose your best friend. If you can go out with family and friends and just talk I'm sure they want mine  I am sorry for your lost and one day things will be better. Hang in there and God bless.

I remember it was rough when I lost my mom.  I was 19 at the time.  We were not even that close, but her loss hit me way harder than I expected.  You just have to give youself time to grieve.  Expect to run the gambit of emotions and know that it's normal and okay.  Eventually as time moves on, the pain will lessen and you'll be able to remember the good times and feel the pain as intensely.  It's been over 20 years and every so once in a while I still feel a twinge from the loss of my mom, but it quickly passes now.  I'll keep you in my prayers tonight.
