unfair treatment to employees

I think it is just not fair how you are treated, people treat employees so badly. Can't you do something if you never get breaks and told you cant take

Good question and perfect response.  It is against the law to work an employee without two breaks and a lunch.  Every state has laws to protect employees from such treatment.
