Members are Posting On Wrong Discussion Boards

I have noticed that many members post on the wrong discussion boards.  There are many postings which should be posted on the board for "other" or "anything else not related to Fusion Cash" which are posted instead on payments, support, offers, etc.  Then I have come across some discussions which are posted on "other" but should be under offers, support, Fusion Cash, etc.   

Under the name of the discussion board, there is a brief description of what type of content should be posted on that board. 

Most of the members making these mistakes seem to be new.  Welcome to FC.     It's a great site.  The forum is exceptional.  Please read the description under the name of the discussion boards to see where the best place is to post your content.

Which board is this posted under. I don't see it here? Maybe that might be the problem with the Newbies too

I get really tired of having to sift through the offers thread to figure out who is posting real offers and who wants advice relationship or something. What I thing is happening is that when the person logs in there is that list of recent posts on the bottom. When they click on one of those, they go to that thread. When they are finished posting on that thread, it takes them back to one of the main threads instead of the home page. Then, they just click Start New Topic not even realizing what thread they are in. That is what I am guessing because tons of people are posting where they shouldn't.

I think there are new member joint FC and didn't know what going on.  But you're right.  Thank for let us know.

For Garydh, Discussion boards are listed at the top of the forum, right over pages and under tabs.  You will see FC Community > Discussion Board > Fusion Cash ....

If you click on Discussion Boards, you will get title of the different boards and what content goes in each board.

Update bump:
Sometime on 05-13-2012, additional reminders were added by FC which appear after selecting a forum in which to post and just before a member starts a posted reply.  For this forum, (FushionCash, the reminder reads, "Posting to Board: FusionCash - For general questions or comments about FusionCash Please post in the correct board. Topics posted in the wrong board may be removed."

Other forums have variations on this preamble.  It's a good idea although I'd still wonder how many won't take heed.
