I was just wondering whether or not it's a good idea to open a support ticket if I haven't been credited for something. I've seen people recommend it if an offer hasn't been credited, but I'm when you do, do they actually credit you? Or does FusionCash just get annoyed?

You can try it if you want, but honestly there's nothing that they can do about it. If they don't get paid then they can't pay you. Offers don't credit all the time for people, and if that happens then there's really nothing you can do. The only time I've submitted a support ticket for an offer that didn't credit was for a credit card offer that i paid money for.

You can submit one under a different heading, but it's kind of a lost cause. (unless it involves a credit card payment as deathrx88 mentioned.)
Support can't help with tracking down offers, you are unable to submit a support ticket for "No credit for completed offer". Read the FAQ for more info here: http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting There is some good info there, but they can't help with not receiving credit for offers unfortunately
