What happened to FC Text Messaging?

I thought FC was going to start doing promos with text messaging. If they are they should start sometime soon. Tell me what you think of this.

I was under the impression that they were testing it to see if it was something that would work, which carriers had issues, etc etc. Hopefully it is something they are still considering, maybe it'll start at the beginning of the year
