How involved are you in your community? Do you belong to any clubs, or do volunteer work?

For example, I've never been big on being a part of a group. But I recently joined a club and it's really helped me to deal with some mental illness issues I have. The group isn't anything to do with that, but being around strangers by choice seems to help me get along with others better.

How about you?
