This months game promo - Major Slant

So this months $0.50 game promo is the game Major Slant... let me just say this game is HARD, at least for me so far.

You have to get a high score of 3300.. sounds easy right? well you start with 4000 points and that number starts to shrink as soon as you start to play.

You must navigate a pinball through a maze without touching the edges.. which wouldnt be to hard at all if the ball traveled in a straight line, but it goes at an angle.. like when going down it also goes to the right a little, and when going up it goes to the left a little, so when moving the ball you must constantly stop to adjust a litte then continue, making it take more time.. the best I have been able to do so far was about 3100.

Has anyone beaten this game yet?
Anyone got any tips? They would be much appreciated!

Wow well okay.. I actually beat this one shortly after posting! ha.. it was not easy but I just stuck with it and never stoped.. after a bunch of times failing I was finally able to get a score of 3319.. barely got it..

The only tip I can really give is to just be persistant and never give up.. try to remember which way the ball angles.. i belive that its this: when you go down the ball also goes a little to the right, when you go up the ball also goes a little to the left, and when moving left or right i dont think it really changes much..
Just remember you got to be fast, dont hesitate! its better to mess up and start over then take your time and finish to slow (effectively wasting more time then if you died and re started)

I will try this, but I don't have my hopes up  I tried last month's game several times and was never able to get the high score

I was able to get a score of 3364.75. It was a bit tricky, but I got it on my 3rd try. At first, I was doing it super fast and got frustrated, 2nd time I went super slow and finished but got a very low score...so I did not submit my score and closed the window out and reopened it again, third time I understood which ones slanted a which lines were straight so I did it the quickest I could without messing up and scored just barely enough. Just take your time if you need to. Understand the course. Do it the best you can. Good luck!!

I hate my husband.....jk. I tried and tried and couldn't beat it. He beats it on his first try.

i just got credit for the game, thought it was going to be hard but only took me a couple of tries.  once i figured out the ball stopped rolling when the mouse was off the arrows, it made it easier.  just let it roll until its about to hit the orange strip, move your mouse off the arrow, adjust and let it go again.  just takes a couple of times practicing to get the timing down   good luck everyone!

I finally passed it.  I have been trying on and off over the last three days.  I swear the sloppier and faster I went, the better I did.  I got 3500 something.  Did it 10 mins ago and haven't gotten credit yet, but I'm sure I will.  Thanks to this thread, I knew about the game.  So thanks guys!
