Quotes not crediting

I have done some of the quote surveys and have received the quotes via email and on the survey and they still show up as uncredited. Any news on this? also on the Rift one it says to downlod, I have and installed it and still nothing.

I also did the rift one and haven't gotten anything yet. Apparently some of the offers don't go through for a little while, so I guess we'll see.
