what time to you usally go to bed and wake up

I am a college stupid. I know not really an excuse, but I'm still using it as an excuse. But for me it depends. Somewhere around 2-4a is when I go to bed and around 10-1 in the noon when I get up.

IT VARIES WITH ME BECAUSE SOMETIMES I GO TO BED AND WAKE UP DURING THE NIGHT TO GET A DRINK OF WATER AND GO TO THE RESTROOM AND THEN WAKE UP ABOUT 8AM. I GO TO BED ABOUT 12:00AM AND WAKE UP ABOUT 8AM OR 8:30AM.

It depends on what I'm doing. When I'm on the computer, sometimes it hard to go to bed before 4 a.m. Other nights I may go to bed around 1 a.m.

I usually sleep late since I like gaming for long periods of time... Which I know is not good, but recently I've slept pretty early, and I wake up 8 hours later.

I've been a night owl since high school.  I'm usually up until about 2 am and sleep until about 10 am.  If I'm really depressed I seem to be up even later, but still need my eight hours.

Most of the days I go to bed at 11:30 pm.  I try to stay up and wait for Jay Leno but I guess I am getting old.

I am also an Insomniac. I go to sleep any where from midnight to 2 am. I wake up at least twice for about 30 minutes each then am up no later than 6 or 7 am.

 I usually go to bed at around 10:30 or so. Getting up is another story, I may sleep until 8 or 9:00 or I maybe up wide awake at4:00am. I can never tell.

I usally go to bed around 11pm and get up at 6:00am Monday thru Friday, but on the weekend I stay in the bed to 8am.  Everyone needs 8 hours of sleep, but we don't get it, so I do try on the weekend.

i get to bed by 12 usually but i can be up anywhere from 5 am in the morning so I don't get much sleep and don't sleep well so I think I need to work on getting more rest :/
