He got them into and beyond the first round in the playoffs as a rookie... not bad.  He works too hard and is too focused not to be asuccess in the NFL.  It may not be as a pure qb and more of a Cordell Stewart type multi-purpose guy, but he'll stick around.

Tim Tebow is a sure thing for a quaterback and will get lot better next year.

Not sure what games you have been watching but he never showed any skills to be a sure thing QB.
He has talent to be in the NFL but not playing QB.
That was what was said before he got drafted and is still true to this day.

Absolutely fine to get rid of Tebow because Kyle Orton isn't anything special, there are many QB's of his caliber.  The problem is that Tebow hasn't proven to be a better passer yet.  He clearly has the intangibles but that won't last in my opinion.  He needs to be able to deliver the ball better next year.

I for one love the Vikings and have very little love for the Broncos. I believe though that the media made it hard on Tebow, wouldn't matter what he did something would come up. It must be hard to do what should come natural with all the what ifs in the back of your mind. I do have to say that I got the privledge of being at the Vikings/Broncos game - overtime. What a blast!
