SSI survey- not crediting

Is anyone else not getting credited for the SSI daily survey?  I completed one earlier this week and another earlier today and haven't been credited.  I always clear my cookies and leave the completion page up.  Other surveys still credit, and I've never had a problem with SSI before.

Try using Firefox as your browser. This has helped me to get credit from SSI surveys every time that I am able to complete one.
