not paid for an offer

i completed a survey off about 4 hours ago and still have not gotten the money, I'm 100% sure i did everything right and i have never waited this long w/o seeing the money pop up. when i go to check on all items i clicked on it even shows this offer is completed but no money . how long should I wait and who shall i contact if i never get paid?

That has been happening to me too today as of late so you are not the only one. I have completed two different surveys from two different companies. SSI and Global Test Market. Crediting is acting up again. Was working great yesterday. Videos are crediting me though!!

About all you can do is send in a support ticket.  If Fusion Cash doesn't get paid, neither do you, and vice versa.  Usually they are very good - the survey site - about crediting.  What I learned to do was take a screen shot plus copy and paste somewhere the url of the congratulations you've finished the survey page.  That way, if necessary, you have a bit of proof as to completing a survey.  Good luck!
