Account balance going DOWN steadily ...not UP...?????
« on: February 12, 2012, 06:52:35 am »
Daily I log in by doing the daily email.  Credit shows in my account.  I then do the paid to click.  Credit shows for that.  Watch whatever video's are available.  Credit shows for that.
BUT...when I log in the next day,,,my balance is much lower than it was the day before.
This is becoming a repeated, daily issue.  The more I do, the LOWER my balance goes....???
What gives?
I have submitted a support ticket...and reported the issue the last two days.  Waiting to hear back.
Sure hope this can be fixed.

Also, several days ago I tried to download the new tool bar....had to install Firefox for it to work (new laptop..didn't have either one)...got the new tool bar downloaded...it seems to work...have used it..without it seeming to have any issue....BUT...I still have not gotten ANY credits for it.

Seems to be some serious crediting issues going on here.
At the rate I am going I will get to -$25  (negative) before I get to +$25.

Anyone else having these issues???

I've never had anything like this happen! Maybe it's just a temporary glitch in the system? Either way, I'd contact FusionCash right away and bring it to their attention.

Do you know which credits are being dropped?  If not, take a screen shot of your account page and save it as a jpeg picture and/or print it out.  If you have more than one page of credits, do more than one screen shot.

Then compare yesterday's screen shots to today's account page to see what's different.

If you have credits that are about to expire (there will be a red notice above the credit to warn you of this), this might be the cause.  If you've done offers that were reversed, it may indicated on the account page  or the offer might just disappear from the account page.  (Check back on the total offers attempted page.)

Good advice for all, especially for us newbies. I didn't know that we had a certain amount of time before credits were dropped. Will have to find out more. Thank you.

Oh man. That's crazy! I'm sure the Support Center can shed some light on this. Regardless, your balance should never go down like that. Please keep us posted and let us know if they fixed it for you.

Peace.

Your account balance can go down.  If you have credits that are more than 180 days old, they will be cancelled.  There will be a red warning above the credit telling you how many days before it is cancelled -- when they are 150 days old (30 days to go).  Credits will also be lost if an offer you got credit for has been reversed (ie you didn't complete all the requirements of the offer.)

I've learned to watch my credits and cash out every 3-4 months so I no longer have a problem with credits being cancelled.  I don't do regular offers, and there is little risk of the daily offers being reversed.

I really doubt it's been 180 days because you have less than $25. Check out everything to access the problem.

It really does sound like some of your offers are expiring. Scroll all the way to the bottom on your account page and check to see if there is a red date next to the bottom offers. If that is the case, then they are expiring and you need to get to $25 asap and cash out before you lose more. Also check to see if any of your other offers say denied by them.

Also, some people have reported having credit for FC surveys declined after they initally received credit. Check the list on your account for any declined offers as well as expired.

mom2taz ~

You said you got a new computer maybe it wasn't set up correctly. Or maybe it could be virus, get tech support and/or hire someone to come in & look at it. I hope you get this issue solved ASAP. GOOD LUCK! :wave:

I submitted a support ticket after checking my list of completed offers...I saw that some were flagged in red...about to expire...yet some of them as I counted back on the calendar were not yet at 180 days....I had misread some info in one of the help sections and thought it was being inactive for 180 days....but some of the earlier credits I had were nearing the 180 day mark....anyway..I went on a survey and promo frenzy trying to get to that $25 mark so I could cash out....and finally made it....so now I am all in the clear....whew..that was a battle getting up there...but did it.

Bottom line....it's not 180 days of being inactive...it's 180 days for each individual credit ....

That's good!! I figured that was what it was. When I started Fusion Cash, I signed up and did a couple offers and then I never logged in for a long time. When I finally logged back in my first offers were about to expire in like 20 days, so I hurried and did everything I could to get to $25. I was able to get there and cash out. I guess that was what showed me how easy all of this really was, so I just kept doing it.
