1) stop trying. That's when it seems to happen for some reason. :)
2) use a site such as http://www.babycenter.com/pregnancy-due-date-calculator and definitely make sure you're trying around the date of conception. You may also want to pick up an ovulation kit.
3) it may be a case you want to visit a fertility doctor
Good luck to you both!

Its hard to say because my husband and I have been trying for 10 years.  We have not used any protection and now I think its to late.  I have tried herbs and vitamins and even the ovalation test and nothing.   I mean, we have not been trying trying because I thought it would happen when it was time.  I am going to be 41 so I think I missed my chance I didn't get married until I was 30 but my says I am fine so I don't know why I didn't get pregnant.  I did hear floic Acid and vitiamin C is good for both of you have you tried that?

We tried for 4 years to have our son with no luck. We even went to fertility treatments and they didn't work. It was only when I had really stopped focusing on it that it happened. Believe me, I know how frustrating it is to hear "stop trying" but it really does work. I started focusing on changing careers and got so wrapped up in doing that, it actually helped take my mind off the trying to conceive part. Then, boom! Got pregnant with our first. And it seems like that kick-started everything for me and I was actually able to get pregnant 2 more times without really trying. I know that not everyone has this happen to them and that some have medical stuff that gets in the way, but if you are otherwise healthy and they say nothing is really wrong with you, just relax and it will happen. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Good luck to you, all I can say is to just don't think about it and let it happened, if it is for you it will come when you least expected, for me i got pregnant the first tiem at age 18, but a miscarriage happened.  I got myself on some contraceptives and stopped when my hubby and me decided it thtat we were ready for a child, got pregnant right away.  Got into an IUD right after birth and had to take it out about 3 1/2 years later because of some problems with my period and hormones and stuff, nothing about a baby just female issues.  The doctors suggested that I take the IUD out and stop all type of BC for 6 months to see if my body would cleanse and then explore what was best for me.  I told my hubby, OK if God wants us to have another child this will be the time for it to happen, we did really tried, we just let it be, and 6 months to the day I found out that I was pregnant with my second child.  A process that took me 2 months with my oldest it took me 6 months with the second.

Everybody is different, stop thinking about it and let it be.  Now i would like to point out that not always is the woman's fault, sometimes the men are the ones with the problem.  Have you boyfriend/partner being tested to see if his sperm system is OK, there is this misconception that if there is not baby is because the woman cannot have babies, when sometimes is the men who cannot produce.  Just a tought.

If you getting stressed out about it not happening... its not going to happen.

Stress messes with your body in a million different ways and it can definitely prevent pregnancy if its at a high enough level.

I can't really say much since I've never been pregnant, but I agree with everyone on stop trying.  You are probably stressing your body out.  Do something romantic, go dancing or whatever you enjoy doing, and that should help relax you and take your mind off having a kid.  Then, you've taken the pressure off the situation and your body can relax as well and work the way it's designed to.

MOST IMPORTANT, Please regardless of what age you are, always use protection for birth control prevention, as well as, the use of a condom . . . .  It is best for you to make a decision to WAIT to have sex until you are past the age of 18 or 21.  Think about making a goal for your future as to when you feel you would want to have a sexual relationship, make a family and most of all be responsible for another human-being for the rest of your life.  A child is a life long commentment - I feel, it is BEST to wait to have any kind of sexual interactions until you feel you are emotionally ready for all of the implacations that will come along with the responsibility of your actions.  Plan a positive future for yourself and your child before even considering to have any kind of sex with a partner.  Think of your education through high school, then college and complete it.  Next, find that full time job you will love to work in forever, then build a savings.  Plan your choices and decisions.  ALSO, these are only recommendations.

if you are not already doing it -- track your basal temperature.  Research it and print the charts on line.  get the special basal temp thermometer and take your temp daily before you get out of bed.  It will give you an idea of what your body is doing.
Have you tried any medications? I had to take metformin to regulate my cycles but worked like a charm for me....

Good luck -- it is SO frustrating when you want a baby so badly..... relax and you will be pleasantly surprised one day

Get the book What to expect when you're expecting.  It tells you what's going on every step of the way.  With you and the baby.  I have given it to many of friends.  You can also easily find it in a thrift store.  Good Luck!
