Anyone else have issues with the Opinion Square software/toolbar thing?

I downloaded this through Internet Explorer and first my anti-virus software gave me a lot of problems and kept bringing up actions it wanted to take on it to shut down the program.  So I shut down my anti-virus software momentarily with it just to keep the opinion square open.  Every time I start my computer up and try to start this software/toolbar on IE now it won't start.  And even though the requirement was to download the software and not uninstall it I never received credit for it.

Anyone else have problems with it or have an idea on what I can do to make it work?

anytime I have downloaded toolbars I have to get my computer fixed so just watch it

That's the reason why I didn't keep my anti virus software turned off because I don't want that happening to mine.  It was worrying me there for a little bit but yea now it's okay and that's without the opinion square thing running.  I didn't uninstall it but I know my points toolbar didn't give me any problems so I wonder why some of these do and some of them don't.  Maybe some have more security vulnerabilities than others.
