Is FusionCash supported in other countries ??

Although the situation may change in the future, (who knows?); currently, FC operates in the U.S. and Canada.

And in Canada, I believe that there are limitations. I don't think that Canadians get as many offers and opportunities but I could be wrong.

This is correct.  Unless things have changed, Canadians don't have the PTC or DCE.  They also can't earn more than $599 a year, and can only be paid by PayPal.
