« on: March 08, 2012, 05:09:23 pm »
I completed the daily cash and it says "You must click through to the specified web page." I did everything and it still wont let me complete it. it's done this twice before.

Are  you referring to the $.15 daily click in the Daily section?

I don't recall receiving that particular message, but it seems to indicate that you haven't clicked on something.

You need to click on 4 topics and one sponsor ad -- and let the countdown go to 0 (from 180 seconds).  Then click on the coupon ad and finally on the last ad which requires a capcha security entry.  And you have to click on the visit ad link and wait 60 seconds before you can claim your $.15.

There is a countdown/record of what you need to do in the lower left hand section of the page.  Check that out as you move through the process to make sure you're doing everything.  The coupon ad will not come up until you have completed the 4 topics and first sponsor ad AND 180 sec countdown is complete.

I usually have my account page open on another tab so I can check whether the credit has come through.  When I've completed everything, I just click over to my account page and click refresh.  It the credit hasn't come through I go back and check what I might have missed.

If, when I click on either the coupon ad or the final sponsor ad, it brings me back to the first page of the Daily click, I know I have to close out the site, my browser and maybe my PC in order to clear out whatever is causing the glitch.  Helps to clear your cookies and temps too.

I have received this message when doing a daily task - is that what you're referring to?  That's happened to me and I don't know what the problem is either.  I just go on to another task and usually it works on a different one.

I am pretty new too and still do not know if we get credit for surveys even if they tell you that your not eligible. Hope I can figure out things soon. I can not seem to find any answers to this.

I have found that sometimes by redoing the search and trying again it clears up this issue (at least for me when it happens -- but once this would not work).  It leads me to believe it is a cookie issue.

It could be the browser your using and operating system.  For windows 7, I use Firefox (primary) but IE works too...and I have no problems.  But on Windows XP, FC doesn't like Firefox so I use IE and that seems to work.  Also, sometimes I just try to refresh the page.  Good luck to you..and hope this helps.  :)
