I want to take a minute (or two) to say 'THANK YOU VERY MUCH' to the entire FUSION CASH SUPPORT & ANTI-FRAUD team members. I had a problem with my account due to URL's emanating from my computer sign-ins while on vacation in Thailand (where I still am until early April).
The anti-fraud team picked up on the URL and my account was restricted.
In accordance with FC guidelines, I appealed the decision and explained my entire situation.
Needless to say, the issues were resolved and my account was fully restored.
There are two reasons I'm glad this incident occurred: First of all, it shows me that FC has proper steps in place to ensure customers, advertisers and others associated with FC are receiving proper service. The Anti-Fraud Team's efforts ensures that promoters, program sponsors and advertisers utilizing FC are not being defrauded. Subsequently, the Customer Service Team is ensuring that FC users are being treated fairly. This balance assures all are being looked after. Second, this incident showed me that FC is willing to do the right thing. I didn't do anything in violation of the Terms of Agreement, FC recognized that fact, and the issue was fully resolved.
So, I hope the members of the entire FC Team are able to see this message and know that their efforts are truly appreciated.
I know that sometimes individuals are quick to complain-- I just want the entire FC staff to know that sometimes members are quick to compliment as well.
