College plan after High School
« on: March 28, 2012, 01:18:23 pm »
I planed to take a full year off after graduating high school before going to college and it almost a full year since that time. I have a few places that I want to go but sure where to go yet.

Did you go to college go right after or did you wait while? If you waited for while or planed on waiting for a while, How long did you wait for or planed on waiting for? Did you go?
And where did you go?

I went right after HS.  I would advise kids of today to make very sure they want and need to go to college and to make sure they are getting a useful education.  There are a lot of people running around out there jobless with a worthless communications degree and $100,000 in student loan debt.

I can say for myself that I never went to college after highschool. But My son is 17 and going to be a senior next year. He has his head on straight as far as know what he wants to do and planning ahead for certain courses. He wants to be an architect and I couldn't be more proud of him. He already knows what college he wants to attend. He has all his courses in order and his schedule just about together for next year!!!
