Problems...
« on: April 19, 2012, 02:28:55 pm »
So my question for the day is......How do you deal with problems? I love strategizing and completely being quiet when i'm really really mad. I think that will help out  ;)

That depends entirely on the problem.  Some I tend to get anxious over, others I plan on how to handle, and some others I don't bother worrying about.

I don't deal with problems very well. I tend to get upset first, and then I have to settle down and work out the problem.

I have to agree, it totally depends on the problem.
Some things I can take a HOT bath and reflect....
other things I need to rant and rave about.

true that. Some problems just need some bubble bath or merlot others you have to like go to an island and find yourself hhahahha... But obstacles just help us grow and be tougher...

For some problems, I can find a way to solve them. There are others I cannot do anything about, and wait for them to pass, or not worry about them.

It depends on the nature of the problems. Some problems are small to medium, I usually handle those alone. When they get large to extra large I call out for advice and reinforcements. I think there is usually a way to handle anything as long as you know your limits. :peace:

I find that writing down how I'm feeling helps me to organize my thoughts and get them off my mind, instead of turning it over and over again until it makes me too anxious.  Also talking things out helps, I guess getting it out is the best way for me to deal with stress.

Although I usually bottle up all my problems I don't think it is a helpful/productive strategy.  I think talking to someone or asking for advice or help is probably the most useful strategy.
