I normally don't just eat tuna by itself.  I prefer a tuna melt.  But my tuna is normally just tuna, mayo, pepper, maybe some salt depending.  That's about it.

Lots of cheese, and potato chips crumbled on top!! Simple, but the BEST! Kids love it.

As someone who is trying to lower his cholesterol NATURALLY (without the use of medication) tuna is great as long as it is in just plain water!  I use a bit of horseradish and a dash of pepper. NO MAYO OR CHEESE!  That is cholesterol! But that is just me.

I eat tuna in water only.  For a sandwich I would use mayo, egg, diced onion, diced celery. In the summer when fresh tomato's are available, I cut the top off of tomato, scoop out the inside and put my tuna salad inside.  You can also melt a slice of Provolone cheese on top.  Yummy!!!!!!

Toasted rye bread, mayo, provolone cheese, two slices tomato, romaine lettuce, thousand island dressing, sea salt and pepper, very thinly sliced onion and a thin slice of kosher pickle and tuna of course. Potato chips and gingerale on the side. A must have!

I don't buy tuna in the can prefer the package. why pay for water or oil weight. I just like mine on a green salad with a smidgen of light salad dressing.

I will take tuna and mix it with Miracle Whip.  Then, toast whole wheat bread and put a big leave of lettuce, slice of Swiss cheese, and some tomato on it.  Then put a bunch of the tuna on it.....YUMMY!!
