 ??? With this economy I think everyone needs to be on a job hunt. Gas, Food and living prices are increasing !! :icon_rr:

Prices are not really increasing much at all, it's just that your money is worth less all the time because the government keeps printing more money.  Of course I understand that it has the same effect.

Well, the CPI is up enough for those on social security to get a COLA increase after a few years of none, I've read.  There is some deflation as you mentioned related to concepts of deflation, a general falling level of prices; 'disinflation, the reduction of the rate of inflation; hyper-inflation, an out-of-control inflationary spiral; stagflation, a combination of inflation and poor economic growth; and reflation, which is an attempt to raise prices to counteract deflationary pressures.'
