O.k. three surveys offered to me today...and I spent 15 minutes anwering questions and then received the message I don't qualify, so frustrating, what the heck are they looking for??? so instead of $3.00 I received .3cents...I know every penny counts...but this is a major frustration

That depends on what may have 'gone wrong'.  The possibilities include, (but are not restricted to); rushing through a survey, providing inconsistent answers, being disqualified under demographic criteria (even if it 'looked' completed), not clearing "cookies" before taking a survey, or not leaving the completed survey/"congratulations" page up for 5-10 minutes.  Many of those things happened to most who've taken surveys before. Evenso, sometimes 'glitch happens'.
