1 Chronicles 29:11
New International Version (NIV)
11 Yours, LORD, is the greatness and the power
and the glory and the majesty and the splendor,
for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
Yours, LORD, is the kingdom;
you are exalted as head over all.

Just a heads up- Please either keep your bible quotes to one thread or just post them in Off Topic. You're going to end up flooding this forum and the admins will not like that.

And why yet another bible quotes thread....? ? ?  ??? :dontknow:

I'm not sure why. This is peculiar. I think that either she does not read replies or she thinks quoting random bible verses will quiet the free thinkers on the forum.

Madeara- this is debate and discuss. If you want to post bible verses, please keep them to 1 thread called "Daily Bible Verse" or something like that...or just post them in the Off Topic section.

Okay, maybe you don't understand/see that this section is NOT Off-Topic. It is Debate & Discuss. Follow the arrows and you'll see where you are:
FC Community > Discussion Boards > Off-Topic > Debate & Discuss > Yours

*All you need to do is look at the top of the thread, that's where I copied/pasted your 'location' from.*

I find it extremely frustrating to see you continuing to do this and especially when it is NOT a debateable/discussable topic and this is NOT [primarily] a place to keep slamming down the biblical quotations. There are many, many religious sites out there calling your name....and your passages'.

I have actually started hallucinating about marieelissa and her daily deluge of random topics coming back....help! :confused1:

Conversely, I do find proselytizing by randomly posting biblical quotes to be a debateable topic, (just one that the 'thumpers are unwilling to discuss, which indicates more of a 'hit-and-run' agenda of merely duplicating the entire bible{s} online - when such is already extant).

I have actually started hallucinating about marieelissa and her daily deluge of random topics coming back....help! :confused1:

You're not going to say her 'nym three times while looking into a mirror, are you?

One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

It is in the Off-Topic section.

More specifically, this thread is in the "Debate+Discuss" subforum of the Off Topic forum.  The specificity is significant in this context.

Yes, I do read replies.

Merely reading them is one thing; your rarely replying to the content read is quite another - especially in the d+d subforum.

She is, indeed, becoming more insufferable with each of her posts.  This is saturation propoganda, the Nazis practiced it, the Communists studied Pavlov and became quite expert users of it too.

What unsurprising is the demonstrable unawareness that such proselytizations are not only propagandizing but, form the basis of the initial "rudeness/disrespect/sanctimoniousness" subsequently objected to, (while subsequent replies are ironically-claimed to be "rude" or "disrespectful"). While it remains an option to use the 'ignore button', that option is available to propagandizing proselytizers who want to close their eyes while promoting blind faith as well.*

To paraphrase Santayana; "those who are unaware of history risk repeating it."

*- The reason that a certain word was emphasized above is that many of these religious propagandizing proselytizers appear to remain unaware of the sequence of posted exchanges, (e.g., that they've initiated/begun such posts and don't seem to want them challenged).

Yes, however after those 'sermons' I hear there's sometimes a picnic and barbeque, (Pavlovian reinforcement 'reward'?), after being outfitted like some horse.
