House for sale!

Indeed, good luck to you.  I live in a suburban type of neighborhood in the northern part of Maryland and I've seen houses for sale in this area for well over a year.

Homes have been selling pretty good in our area....amazingly!  But, we are not in a hurry and we don't have to sell, so that takes some of the pressure off.  I figure, the right buyer will come when the right house goes up for us to buy.  We'll see what happens! =)

well ours took a long time to sell and once we got an offer on it, we had to take it coz havent two houses was a burden.

i wish you the very best and a very fast sale on your house. my son just bought a house , he is thinking of renting out his condo but not sure which he should do rent it out sale it . he is lucky it is paid off so no rush to move into his new house just yet. he has to travel for work so will be going to st. louis and brazil after that, maybe in a few months he will get settled in. then can decide which would be better for him,

We live in northern Illinois....we are moving because my husband works in the county over and would prefer to live in it.  We live in a really nice area and all, but we kinda want some land too because we board a horse and would love to have it on our property....we'll see what happens!
