I believe you need 25 to cashout, but 15 has to be from offers. Like it can't be from sign up and referrals.

Hi there you need 25 to cash out, 15 of needs to be from offers.

Its $25 to cah out and yes it goes there. if you click on Account on the top page of FC you can see the money you earned and how much from what offer.
