I love signing up for free samples and coupons. Free samples are always great and sometimes they come with higher value coupons than you would receive in the paper.

love free samples last week i got a pouch from target with shampoo samples,dog food from rachael ray and wrinkle cream they were good sizes. i'm
 waiting for mrs dash and a kitchen towel otherwise fun to get those in the mail

ME!!! lol I have a few free sample and coupon sites I'm registered to.  I love getting free samples in the mail- I have a drawer specifically for those items.

It's one of my favorite things to do.  I love trying new things and I pack samples in my overnight bag to travel with!

I have a list of websites that have links to free stuff.  I get all kinds of stuff.  In the past I have received  shampoo and conditioners, deodorants, detergent and other cleaners, headphones, books, otc meds, dog and cat food, cereals and much much more.  I love it!  I am just now starting to get on the coupon ban wagon.  Hope it goes as well.
