Do you back up your computer?

If you do, how often do you do it and how do you do it?

Have you ever had to use your backup files to restore your computer?

I just got an external hard drive but I'm not sure that the process is worth the effort.  I also got 10 disks to create a rebootable set of disks for my PC's system and wonder if that is worth the effort.

I usually just back up all of my files using norton or online websites such as amazon cloud drive...had a previously used a flash drive but i tend to lose things

I back up my computer with a USB. It came in handy the two times I lost everything on my hard drive.
