Same time. If you cash out today, payment should be received around 8/20/12.

Can cash out now or the last day of the month.  It doesn't matter.  Will still get payment around Aug. 20th.

If you request a payment in July -- any day whether the 1st or the 31st -- you will receive your payment (if approved) on August 20th.

I usually wait until the last couple of day of the month so my account balance can build up.  I try to be several dollars over the $25 minimum and the offers portion similarly over the $15 requirement to avoid problems if anything might reverse.
(Haven't had that problem because I don't do offers, but some folks have mentioned reversals on surveys too.)

The only reason to put in a cash out request earlier in the month is if some of your credites might expire -- then make the request before that happens.  Any credit that is scheduled to expire (ie hit the 180 day limit) will be put a pending mode while your cash out is being approved.

you might as well try and make more cash because uyou arent going to get paid any sooner, you might make a few more dollars before the end of the month
