I think it is total crap that I am paying to advertise this site on both Google and Microsoft search and you keep expiring my earnings before I reach $25 to cashout. Spare me any comments about the effectiveness of my advertising or any other reason to throw it back on me. The fact is I earned it and it should not expire or there should not be a minimum to cashout. IMHO  :BangHead:

Then perhaps you should have read the Terms of Service before joining. You're not going to hear from everyone regarding the "effectiveness" of your advertising - though if you can't even get $25 in 6 months from your referrals then something is wrong. If you want to do it that way, then there's nobody who'll stop you. The problem is that you've basically stated that you can't (or really... WON'T) spend the extra effort to complete offers so that you could cashout.

You really only need $25 total with $15 from offers. So, you really only need to make $10 from referrals in order to cashout. If you are not getting even $10 in 6 months... then there's a problem. Here's a suggestion: TRY DOING SOME OFFERS.

Here's a suggestion, stick to the point!  ;D You and so many others talk about completing offers; I didn't say a thing about offers in my original post, i don't try to recruit referrals for offers.

The problem with offers is that there is little to nothing I am interested in. I could certainly "game the system" doing offers I have no interest in just for the money, and violate the terms of service that way, as I am sure some do, but I don"t which is why I focused on referrals.

The only issue with reference to a members response to my post is agree or disagree with the policy. Terms and Conditions always include verbage stating they are subject to change. I am only seeking to be "an agent of change", isn't that in vogue now?  :dontknow:

:BangHead:
Seriously, forever? That is a total corporate cop out, our accountants won't let us indeed. So the accountants advise you to just keep the money and turn a liability into an asset, isn't that just peachy. Did they advise Enron at one time? You have made a conscious decision as part of your business model to "expire" payments to anyone not achieving a predetermined activity level, using a dollar amount as the metric for that determination. This way you get the benefit of that "minimal" activity without any liability. What is the metric for canceling an account that is not producing any activity?

I am expressing honest disagreement with that policy, merely as frustration not anger. You should be honest as to the reason for the policy; the accountants may well be a consideration but they are not the sole reason, nor likely even a significant reason, for the policy.

How about other options? Lower the cashout amount or automatically payout at the end of the six months. I am sending you referrals so I should receive my referral and offer completion bonuses, it is a simple concept.
 :BangHead:
Of course, at the end of the day it is a corporate policy.  And I can't deny that the net effect is more profit for us.  But it's part of our entire model, which includes having some of the better payouts in the industry.  The VAST majority of users are able to cashout within 6 months.  All of these policies are clearly stated in the Terms of Service, which you read and agreed to before you signed up.  If you disagree with them, you have a simple recourse: stop using the site (or don't sign up in the first place)

Agreed. Better payouts? Perhaps not for referrals; but I may be commingling industries.
I did agree when I first signed up, but I thought you wanted to encourage discourse through the use of this forum, not resort to "my way or the highway" logic, thus my impetus for airing my frustration.

It has been, ahem....informative. :-X   :bs:<---(read as white flag of surrender, not bs)

Do who?

Then all you can really do is to wait on more money to be made from your referrals and hope that one day you can cashout on the earnings. You've had more than one user explain to you that just by completing the daily offers, you could reach payout potential. By the way - even if you just stuck with the PTC for $.15/day, you would be looking at a little more than $25 in 6 months.
Just saying.

I do get what you are saying about the expiration thing. It seems weird that money would expire after a certain period of time. However, to me, that just seems like more incentive to make payout at minimum every other month.

so does this mean you have to take out your money every 6 months you lose it all. Even if you keep your account going?

:BangHead: DUDE IF YOU DONT LIKE THE SITE THEN PLEASE STOP USING IT. DONT PUT THE BLAME ON FUSION CASH BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE $25 WITH IN SIX MONTHS. ITS THE RULES AND DEAL WITH IT. ITS SIMPLE STOP PAYING TO ADVERTISE ON THOSE WEBSITES. YOU DONT HAVE TO. JUST DO THE STUFF ON THE SITE. THEY ARE COMING UP WITH NEW WAYS TO MAKE MONEY ON HERE ALL THE TIME

AND YOU HAVE MADE MONEY SO WHY COMPLAIN. JUST BE THANKFUL THAT YOU HAVE MADE AS MUCH AS YOU HAVE :BangHead:

How many times are people going to beat this dead horse already? Bottom line.. if you are joining survey sites to make money, then do the surveys and make your money and cash out. If you are going to do so little that you can barely cash out $25 in a six month period.. why waste your time even signing up? It just baffles me that people like to complain about the dumbest things. If they don't have the rule to cash out in 6 months or lose your money they would have so many open end accounts and people who probably just forgot about this place and never come back. I understand the reasoning behind it. By the way.. all the time it is taking for people to keep complaining about this same thing... you could have had your butt on the offers page doing the dailys making money.
