Online college (or classes) is not for me. When I was in college, I took an online math class (wasn't optional) and did not like the experience. I was not motivated to log on, and math was a difficult subject for me.

I think that online learning can be used effectively as a supplemental tool. I don't think that it should be depended upon fully. There are certain things about the classroom experience that cannot be ignored and should not be dismissed. There is a certain bonding between student and teacher that feeds the learning process and helps develop in the student a connection to the subject. You can't get that without human contact. :binkybaby: :binkybaby: :binkybaby:

I have been taking online classes towards a business degree through a community college for the past year and I love it.  You do have to be disciplined because it is so easy to put it off or get distracted by other things.  It is nice to be able to do your schooling while sitting in your pajamas.

I can testify to that but I love it too.  I completed my degree in Feb. (AA).  Now I am ready to start on my BA next year.  Good Luck and I highly recommend online study!
