Emails and Paid to click problems

I have been trying to do the puzzle part of both the email and paid to click but the puzzle part doesn't pull up right and I can't compete them.  I have had this problem before and I just had to keep on trying, but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem?

Yes .  ME.  I have been trying all morning and cannot get it to work on IE or Firefox.  Something must be wrong.

Yep, I just signed on and have not gone to Click yet but have not been able to do the email puzzle either.  I've closed out several time and came back in but still no luck.  Guess I'll try to qualify for some surveys and check those 2 later.  Should we turn in a ticket?

I was just about to post a topic about this... The puzzle part for my daily email is missing!    I know it's just 2 cents.. but hey! That's my 2 cents!

I just did my daily email, and had no problem. So, either I never had the problem -
OR it may have been fixed now.

You should try it again if you weren't able to do it earlier.

I just did my daily email and paid to click offer as well with no problem a couple hours ago...

Maybe they were just having some technical difficulties for an hour or so while you guys were trying to do it?

i get email all the time to some people got problems  with there email but gmail is fast to

What is the 'puzzle part'? I've never had that and they both worked fine for me again this morning. Perhaps you have some malware. Do you use Malwarebytes? I like to run the free version about once a week, or whenever necessary.  http://www.malwarebytes.org/

They're talking about the captcha, or "solving" the captcha.

Yeah, we have to just click on it, right, and enter the phrase or answer the question? It's working for me. Thanks duroz

Yes you have....if you do the daily email and ptc - you have it on each of those every day,

I don't have any problems with completing both. Try using a different browser. I use Internet Explorer 9.
