Issues like taxes/liability/jurisdiction.  But most of all, there simply aren't many compatible offers available for other countries; plus, outside of the US, people are much less inclined to sign up for things online (generally speaking).  All of these conditions conspire to make it just not worth it for us.

Administrator i hear where you are coming from, but the interest level members would get with referrals and some of the easy cash offers i think would fly.

But i also understand if they would ignore the paid credit card offers etc <and they probably would>that would hurt FC.

Well you guys are smarter then me with marketing and if you feel the US and Canada are the only countries so be it.

About 95% of the cash offers to which you refer are totally unavailable outside of US/CA.  Without those, there's no way for us to pay our usual referral bonuses, and no way for international members to even reach the $25 cashout level (they would basically be able to watch an occasional video and complete an occasional daily task, and basically nothing else).  It would be unreasonable for us to operate in a country where citizens of that country had zero actual possibility of cashing out.  I realize there's a lot of interest from e.g. India in this kind of program, but we simply can't offer a good enough experience to them.
