I didn't have the wellness survey, but I did have the financial survey and boy was it easy. I love attempting all of the fusion cash surveys because you at least get a penny for trying.

I was able to complete a survey today  which is  no small thing because I am usually disqualified since I work in Market Research. I have been on Fusion Cash going on three years. This is the fourth survey that I have qualified for and completed in almost four years.  It had something to do with social network sites and the workplace. I have been credited.

Today I had a paper products survey for $5.10 but I was disqualified as soon as I put in my age.  Oh well, I guess they're not interested in what paper products us old people use.  If you have to check over 75 don't bother as you'll not qualify.

Yes, bowrunner, but the rest of won't qualify when they need someone of your age. Just completed two surveys that where approved $1.00 each. I never qualify for surveys $2 or over, lol!

I seem to qualify for about 50% of the FC higher dollar surveys. I tried 3 today and got qualified for 1 and completed it for $1.

I clicked on that one as well and it led me to a candy survey instead of the paper product one that was listed.  After spending about 10 or more minutes  listing all the brands of chocolates/candies both regular and sugarless, what my purchase habits were  and then identifying all the brands they listed.. I was prompted to click on the next link and that I  was being sent to the survey...what?? lol    I thought sure I just took the survey. I was then notified that I didn't qualify for it. 
I know it is not FC's fault, but some of these survey companies are just not dealing fairly at all.  If it takes more than 2-3 minutes to qualify for a survey I think they are taking advantage as they walk away with a ton of information that they can use or sell  for free.

Finally got qualified and successfully finished the "Short Financial Product Survey" after trying 4 FC surveys.
