My favorite toys as a kid were my barbie dolls...I loved playing with them!  Actually, I still have some of them.  My daughter plays with them every once in a while....

Well I am dating myself here, but I had a set of jacks..and when I was really little I LOVED to play with them! And I was good at it too

We used to have jack tournaments. We had all types of different games to do with them, there were about 12 steps you had to go through and who ever got there first was the winner. Sometimes we would play all day long and even at school and never finish the tournaments. It would be a lot of people in the game we would all sit around in a circle and take turns, I guess it was like the video games that everyone is playing today, but we had to show our skills to play jacks. There was the onesies, twoesies, threes, fours, and so on, then the last game was around the world. The onsesies was to pick up one jack at a time, then the twoesies was two jacks at a time, until you get to pick them all up at once, you had to throw them right and not cheat, then slow poke, where the ball bounce twice before you caught it, the last one was around the world where you pick up the jack and take the jack around the ball and catch it before it bounced again, you started with the onesies, then the twosies and so own until the end you had to pick up all of them. That was so fun. Thanks for reminding me of Jacks.  If we lost our jacks we found rocks and played with them for jacks. :peace:

My favorite doll was 4"tall and it walk and talk.  But my parents couldn't afford it because it cost a lot of money plus I had four other sisters, so I would play with the doll at my friends house.

I had stuffed animals. My favorite was an oversized mouse and a bear with a heart that lit up. I cherished those stuffed animals until I got older and no longer had the room to house them.

But my personal favorite even if not exactly a toy was my Nintendo and later Super Nintendo. I'd play games for hours and really enjoyed Super Mario World. I wish they still made those and the games. I know there are other platforms, but I really enjoyed that one. And even though I was a teenager when I got it, I still have my Playstation 2. Another great platform.

I had a huge (at least it seemed huge at that time) Optimus Prime, along with some other transformers characters, that you could actually transform. I thought they were quite advanced for the time, and it was fun transforming them (not as easy as many would think, but just as fun). And who wouldn't remember (if they actually owned one) the Rubik's Cube, that kept me entertained for hours.

I don’t have a favorite toy when I was a child. I remember I had a few dolls to play with (baby doll, Barbie doll, toy blocks etc). I had a rich imagination when I was a kid. I guess my favorite toy would have to be my stuffed animals. I would even share my food with them and pretended they were my friends. I tuck them into bed right next to me when I sleep.

My favorite toy was "skip it". I still remember it was pink, had a counter telling me how many times I had jumped over it or "skipped" it, and had so many scratches and marks on it. Lol Memories.

I'd have to say my Barbie dolls.  My grand aunt gave me my first one along with a handmade wardrobe.  It was the Barbie with the red bubble cut hairstyle.  When I got my second one the store had a trade-in deal, but we didn't trade her in.  Now she's valuable.  I still have her and some others.  I like to design clothes for them.

My other favorites were my toy kitchen, play groceries, Etch-a-Sketch and Spirograph.  :D

I had a dr kit in a plastic case with plastic stethescope and a little hammer for checking reflexes.  Also had candy pills.  I also had a life=size Little Audrey paper doll that I could only play with in the living room because that was the only room big enough to set her up.  I had a lot of paper dolls growing up.  Also had quite a few Barbies later on.  And a Clue game.  Loved that game when I was a kid.
