There's a pumpkin cake recipe I make that is similar to a dump cake.  You make a filling similar to a pie filling and pour into a 9x13 pan, then carefully sprinkle a yellow cake mix over the top, pour about 1 1/2 sticks melted butter over the top, the sprinkle with chopped nuts.  Bake about 60-70 minutes at 350.  Complete recipe can be found on the  Duncan Hines website.

Thanks, I have a couple cans of pumpkin filling in pantry. Time to track down complete recipe on Duncan Hines site.

This one sounds awesome and super simple..... canned pie filling, cake mix, butter, nuts.

I bet you could do the same thing using other pie filling flavors!

I don't have any recipes, but I sure like the finished products!  Pumpkin bread.  Pumpkin pie.  Pumpkin shakes.

I've got a great pumpkin cookie recipe (with optional chocolate chips).  They are like mini pumpkin bars.  Soft and very tasty!

Lately I have been making a lot of Pumpkin Pie Bars because I have so many rolled oats and I needed something to do with them..it's a really good recipe, just make sure you have milk readily available...PUMPKIN IS SOOO YUMMY!
