How can get he last page to show any text or picture on the 15 cent and 2 cent?

We just got new internet from T-mobile through a hot spot, that we either tether to our desktop, or run wirelessly through the house, since our new internet I cannot do the 15 cent daily click all the way, I can get up to the very last page that you have to verify and the page shows up but is blank, this also happens when I do the two cent daily email, I can do this on my mobile phone though, but the 15 cent, I cannot. I was wondering if thier is something in my settings so that I can continue to do 15 cent click or if it is a problem within the new internet company now and cannot be fixed?
