Does anyone know how many times you can cash out in 1 month???...and if u can more than once will they cut you 2 checks or wait til the next month for 2nd one......

The method of payment, (PayPal, direct deposit, paper check), doesn't apply - you can cash out any time during a month and, if approved, it'll be processed for payment around the 20th of the following month.  Such a request will show as payment "pending" and you can only have one payment pending at any one time.
