 ;D ;D ;D I lost 145 lbs, and my Aunt Patsy said.. " darn girl you lost a whole person.' and I said... 'Yes, and I don't miss her a bit!!!'   Believe me, when you say ANYTHING to your friend, say it with a smile and be glad for her.

Just tell her she looks really good! I would leave it that.  If she opens the door and wants to talk about it more, then go for it.
