How many hours do you sleep in a 24 hour time frame?

I'm lucky to get 5 hours of sleep a night.

I get about 7 hours of sleep a night with a 1/2 hour nap during the day.

My work schedule is all over the place, inconsistent; therefore, I wind up sleeping between 4-6 every day or night, and I try to make up for it on my days off, by sleeping at least 8-10 hours every day off. Sometimes 4-6 hours of sleep is enough so I don't feel totally exhausted at work, although I don't feel totally motivated either, lol.

Unfortunately because of college and morning classes, I only get an average of 5-6 hours a day. I know that it isn't healthy for me but I can't do much about it. I get sleepy during class and when I get home I feel like napping

Somewhere between 4-6 hours per night.  Occasionally on the weekends I will nap during the day as well for 1-3 hours.

       Some days I sleep only four hours...other days I sleep eight or ten hours depending on my schedule and how tired I am.
